Check the download size before you install
Phone storage fills up faster than anyone admits, and a single game can quietly eat several gigabytes once it updates. Before I install anything now, I glance at the download size and the expected size after updates.
Offline games tend to be heavier up front because they bundle everything locally instead of streaming it. That's a fair trade — you pay once in storage and never need a connection again.
My rule of thumb: install on Wi-Fi, check how much space it actually takes after the first launch, and delete anything you haven't opened in a month. It keeps the phone breathing.
It sounds obvious, but this one habit has saved me from more than one frantic uninstall-everything moment at the airport gate.
