About
Cedar Offline started as a shared note between a few friends who were tired of installing a game on a train and finding out it needed Wi-Fi to open a menu. We wanted a list of titles that actually respect the fact that phones go offline all the time — in tunnels, on flights, in places where data is slow or expensive.,Every game on this site gets installed, played for several sessions, and only then written up. We care about things that reviews usually skip: how big the download is, whether it keeps pestering you to reconnect, how it handles being paused mid-level, and whether the controls make sense on a smaller screen.,We don't chase trends or rush out a post because something is new. If a game disappoints us after an hour, we say so. If it surprises us, we explain exactly which part clicked. The goal is a catalog you can trust when you have five minutes and a dead signal.,The team is small and the opinions are personal. That's the point — you're reading what we genuinely thought, not a press release reworded into paragraphs.
